Established in 2018 as Yayasan CitaNesia Insan Cendekia, CitaNesia is growing as a digital knowledge platform dedicated to Indonesia’s marine and maritime future.
CitaNesia was founded with a long-term aspiration to contribute to Indonesia through knowledge, education, and public engagement in marine and maritime issues.
As the platform has evolved, so too has its purpose. Today, CitaNesia serves as a space where ideas, stories, research, and educational resources come together to encourage greater understanding of the ocean and its connection to people, culture, governance, and sustainable development.
